New to Javascript

Hi

Hope this makes sence.

I have a row of images in a div box. When you click on any of the images i want the image displayed in a large div in the middle of the screen.

The images in a row are all thumb nail images and i want to show the full size image which has a different name.


I have been told that this can only done by javascript so i hope someone can help.

Probably the best thing is to use a prebuilt JavaScript package. Search for JavaScript gallery, or JavaScript slideshow or JavaScript lightbox to get an idea of what's available (lots). Most of these are going to be fancier (with all kinds of special effects) than what you describe. It might be easier to find one of the simpler ones and adapt your design to it instead of trying adapt it to your design.
