Chrome sending to top of page multiple times.

Ok, so this has only just started happening recently an even after a fresh install.

Whenever I open up a website, and start scrolling down, the page automatically resets to the top two or three times before settling and being normal again. Kind of as if it is refeshing? (But it doesnt actually refresh)

So I open this website for example, start scrolling down and it will flick up to the top a couple of times, before working normally.

Any ideas?

It's driving me nuts!

I don't have any answers, sadly. I'll switch to another browser until it's fixed
