They sometimes consider it in very rare cases. However the answer is usually no.

Considering you have such a low post count, just sign up again. That is probably what any mod/admin will tell you.

I didn't find any sources that supporting the username change in the forums (especially in this forum). However, nothing wrong in trying. Try to contact the moderator or directly admin of this forum and put your query.

Yeah, there is no option for changing your username.
you have to rejoin with differ email-id.
but what is the problem in this username?
