Ditched by web designer, need help!
I am the owner of a small remodeling company. (www.dfcremodeling.com)
I recently lost my webmaster. He was in the process of creating a generator sizing calculator for me. This is located at http://chicagogenerator.com/calculator.html. It still needs pictures. the calculator changes what is visible on the page via css, i believe. Currently, it will work without the "add more appliances or change default wattages" link. It will accurately tally up the wattage and tell the user the size generator they will need.
If someone can help me decipher this, i will put links to their website on dfcremodeling.com and chicagogenerator.com.
I am also looking for another webmaster/webdesigner/SEO specialist, if anyone is interested.
and what happened to the lost one? he touched a generator by two wet hands?
Lol he decided he wanted to be the ground rod for the generator.
Actually, I think he got another job. Or he started smoking crack or something... Either way I am without a solution.
I just joined this forum. I'd be more than glad to be the new web master and developer for you. My company www.animexstudio.com does all kinds of programming and design work. Check us out, and email me or PM me. You can email me at marc (at) animexstudio (dot) com
Start by fixing coding errors on the main page. Particularly, notice, "Line 128, Column 81: value of attribute "id" must be a single token." The full list is here:
Then fix the errors on that generator page:
Then notice that the "Add more appliances or change default wattages" doesn't actually do anything at all. It links back to the same page.
Please hire someone to fix that Webpage interface. Its awful.
