CSS roll-over links/images are not working

I need help from an expert..... :-(

How can I add a new roll-over image with link? you can explain step by step for dummy programmer... how to add a new class, etc...

I would like to add 4 images with links for social networks below the logo in the footer on the right. I tried to do this for the logo, and I was successful but after that I was looking to make another class for other image and I lost everything.

NOW I'm lost with all these codes, I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.
