I have an XML field mapping document that maps information from a database table into a Word document using dynamic fields.

The XML code for the mapping of an address field is as follows:

<fieldmap mergefield="txtPetitionerAddressLineService" type="Replace">
<resources source="petitioner" format="{0}"/>
<item id="0" value=""/>
</fieldmap>

I would like to input a string value as the value attribute so that when the mapping is done in the word document the field txtPetitionerAddressLineService actually reads the string value of the item.

Is that possible?
