Form Selections

Hello,

I have a form that I would like to format into an email where the selections are sent via email. I have the email being sent just fine - but I need to format the email to contain the readable or selection value that is in text format. For example, a drop down menu selection may have the id value set to val0 and the option string is set to "Pewter". So essentially i need to format the body of the email so that the selections are easily read. Anyone have any help or reference on this that can be shared?
