Which software is best for converting ?

Hi, I'am finding a software for converting videos, but I need most best software for that. Which is able to convert any video in any format.

I try it but its working too slow, that is why it is so irritating.

I use daniusoft ultimate v3 on my server with low resources. Runs very quickly, converts the file so it plays well, removes protection or blocks and converts most formats to others.

It isnt free, but you can get a trial. It works for me perfectly and helps me centralise my media and stream it over the house.
