download .swf to .fla converter for free?

Is there any free .swf to .fla decompiler program that y'all know of and/or use (To make a flash video a flash editable file)?

I'm editing a website that I did not create; the last designer uploaded .swf files for navigation links but did not upload the .fla's...

I've just re-done the links altogether not using flash.

But it would still be nice to know if there is such a program.
