is there a good tutorial online that shows how to create a simple popup window that is a login screen? also, the background then gets faded?

Hi,
You can create the login form into a .html file, than use the following code in javascript to open a popup with that file:

For some reason, the page is not showing up. here is my code:

It just goes to the page saying "this page cannot be found" on my server. am i missing something?
