Dropdown list for submits

I have multiple "Submits" available for each employee. On the Employee list I have to list them on the same line as the employee. I would like to use a dropdown list, but each submit has a series of input fields. Can this be done?

I do not understand the question. What do you mean by "submits"? Are you talking about input type submit? What has the employee list got to do with it? Basically, without seeing your code, or a structured example of what you are trying to achieve, this is just gobble-de-gook.
