The pop up - lead gen form (initally collecting email address is actually way to early)
It comes up as soon as ur website home page loads.
My suggestion would be for you to delay it until the person spends atleast 50 seconds on your site. It would be worth it to cature the email address then.

Change lead gen to 24 sec..

    Will keep testing

I personally can't stand popups and tend not bother exploring the website futher if I encored one. I usually go bye-bye.

More and more people are using ad blockers. Your site has a huge blank space at the top when using one. I agree that asking for an email so quickly is annoying. When people first go to your site, they'd have no reason to give an email address that quickly. Plus popups are generally annoying anyway.

Other than that, it looks like a good solid responsive site. Well laid out, etc.

Images are scaling properly on a phone, but overall pretty good.

Your website looks modern, clean and professional.

Your website is also responsive. To some certain extent, on a mobile screen, I find you brand logo to be too prominent or to big.
I suggest that you resize your brand logo a bit smaller so that you can accommodate more space on a mobile screen with more content.
You can alter the resizing using media queries.

    Cheers,

    Jim
