If I make a CMS, it's called a CMS... but if I make several...?
What's the plural term for "CMS"?
Is it CMSs? That just looks/sounds wrong. CMS's? It's not possessive, so that doesn't really work, does it? CMS Systems? Content Management System Systems sounds very wrong.
Just wondering what the general consensus is. My brain tends to want to say "CMS Systems" but that is just silly... isn't it?
The plural of an acronym can either be done with an apostrophe or not, depending on whether it "reads" well. In this case, I'd use the apostrophe. If it was "I've used several SQLs" you wouldn't use the apostrophe.
