I am showing a pdf file in a iframe on a site im building.

Once the applicant fills out the pdf and clicks the submit button I want this to
send the full pdf to the sites admin@.com email address.

I can not figure out how to link to the button in acrobat pro to the php file on submit

and i dont know what to put in the php file once it reaches it.
