php form - confused !

hi iam trained but i have a promblem with with a form

iam using a table and a div inside to display the -

form error no valid e mail etc

and the thankyou form received


the thankyou is fine

on the error i cant work out why nothing is displaying under the div

the div just goes to the bottom of the table confusing !
