.htm pages as forwarding domains to other website?

I'm wondering how a large collection of .htm pages on an older but often visited website can be set to forward visitors to a different website. I know a link can be placed on each .htm page that would lead to the different website, and visitors can be prompted to visit that link, but is there any way to make the individual .htm pages automatically forward to the different website? Imbed some type of code in each page?

I was always a simple wysiwyg html editor and this is beyond my repertoire. Many thanks for any help you can give. I appreciate the expertise I saw on this forum and that's why I registered to use it and ask this lone question.
