Header "Border-left" element not showing in only one page...

Hello,

My site is blondflowerbomb.com, which I am currently developing right now. The header is showing fine on all pages except for the "Search" page. The search page is missing the border-left element. Bizzar! You can see this here: http://blondflowerbomb.com/?s=sss

I do not understand why and it is wracking my brain... Would any one know why and/or have a solution?
