Creating a site that joins others sites together

Hi All, This is not my world but I hope someone can assist me in getting the words and context correct so I can ask more pertinent questions.
My business (contract warehousing) utilises 5 web sites, all seperate at the present time.
1 - Is my bog standard home site for reviewing my company.
2 - My on-line ordering site linked and fed by my WMS system.
3 - My Dataminer fed by my WMS
4 - I use 2 Web2Print applications hosted by digital printers who have specific and differing qualities.

There is no central point of access for these and my customers (B2B) need different signin/passwords to do different things but cant login for a single sessions and do multiple.

We are lucky to have grown over the past 10 years and this is how we have ended up here. Time to resolve I think...yes. Soo.. my questions is
What am looking for and how do I descibe it?
All the developers I speak with want to reinvent the entire wheel and I'm getting more and more confused.
I do think I will need my own Web2Print application though.

    Any comment welcome. Thanks.

Without full review of the architecture my initial recommendation is to recreate the majority of it to match 1 or 2 that is common. You'll need at least one that you can consider as your base application. Then the rest needs to be recreated to be hooked up there. Worst case scenario which probably is, is that you can't find a non-stable application from all of those that is still in it's core state (No major modification) that it's not viable to use it as the base app. When that happens, I guess you need to spend some time and moola to get your IT part of the business into shape (future)
    Good Luck
