Finding out how a website posts its information

Hey,

I am trying to find out how a particular website posts information (Especially for login). For example I want to find out if it has a central authentication server (LDAP or AD) or if it used some SAML token or something of the sort. I am unfamiliar with HTML so I don't know what to look for in the "page source".

Please help me out.

I do not know the answer and I doubt that normal user access would allow you to find it out anyway. However, I'm curious to know WHY you want to know this? What legitimate use is there for such knowledge?
