Perhaps finding out what type of app(s) you want created should be your first consideration?
There are many kinds of apps and "app developers". Are you talking client-side apps written in JavaScript? PHP apps for the server-side? A mixture? I presume these are web apps and not phone apps since you want them for your website.
On top of that there are many types of "app developers". Are you talking games development? Office-type apps like basic word processing/spreadsheets/etc., are you talking tools & utilities?
Each kind of app is going to have specialist developers who are best suited to the job. You won't generally find game developers building word processors, or vice versa.

I am not looking for gaming apps specifically...
Apps that sites like Facebook and google+ support are not completely and only for gaming.
I want fun creative apps that bring viewers back to use it constantly..I don't know how to explain it any further..but I am definitely not looking for work apps like the ones u mentioned.
You're probably not going to find many game developers around here, this is a web development forum.
You're better off going to a website like http://www.gamedev.net and seeing if anyone around there is interested in developing a browser-based game. I've had a little experience in DirectX, so I know that either you're going to have a really simple 2D JavaScript based game or something more advanced that runs in a Java applet. If you want 3D games, you're delving into a very, very complicated world that you'll find yourself overwhelmed by all too easily.
Either way, you're not going to get this help for free. Game development is one of the most difficult forms of programming and no one is going to simply give you their time, code and apps for nothing, so if you're truly interested in pursuing this path, prepare to get your cash out.
Out of interest, what type of games did you have in mind? Simple 2D games are not difficult to create but would still probably take weeks for a lone developer. What sort of budget are you working with? I'm sure you're not interested in having a single game made and that's it.
That's right...I am looking for simple 2D games..since gaming is not the main feature of my site....I was just wondering if u know of companies or associations that host their games on sites?? Like Zynga..
