[RESOLVED] Help needed with a Fluid Design Layout

Hi there, I'm not used to creating fluid layout designs like this and I'm a bit baffled.

If you look at my prototype I'm working on:

These are the problems.

This needs to work well on
1024 / 768
and bigger

and on all these screen sizes, the bottom bar needs to display and as best as possible it needs to always look as similar to the attached JPEG as possible (the text on the header and footer will of course shift, this is fine).

Also the red bar - with the logo - that somehow needs to shift in alignment with the black bar at the bottom.

My client has also sent me this link to show me how she would like her photos to work. I have no idea how to do this as well - as this would be perfect.

Actually because of my deadline with this, client has told me that i must rather do a fixed size now, instead of going fluid, but thanks anyways for your help!.

Your choice, but in minutes I can give you a template you can use to build the rest of the site. I give out enough free advice here, but this is not just a simple query. So it seems fair to me that if I provide the template for your site, and you are presumably being paid, then I should get something for it. Is that fair?
