Can I convert a joomla template to static HTML site ?

I was searching over the net and found a joomla template. I want to convert it into a HTML site.
Is it possible?

It's definitely possible. Just grab all the files the template uses(javascript, css, etc) and change all of the dynamic php bits and pieces into static html.
