Problem 1:
Well first of all, my website is still displaying Untitled Document for the title. I have changed my coding to <title>AJStudios - Web Desiner</title>.
But obviously, each page has its own title. One problem I am unsure on, is what do I put in the title for my template? .
Problem 2:
When navigating my website, my website address stays the same, and no matter what page I go on, it will display as www.websitename.com and not www.websitename.com/contact us etc. Is this normal for creating a website in dreamweaver?
Title in a template in DW is a pain in the rear. I haven't used that tool in years, but you should have a consistent title for your site, for search engine optimization (SEO). In regards to your second problem, no, that isn't normal. You haven't linked something properly.

All right, so it should be
Your markup is built on the frame
<frameset frameborder="NO" border="0" framespacing="0" rows="*">
...
and hence the content of pages opens in a no new page within a frame
because of this and having both of your problems
go to link the frame http://ajstudios.orgfree.com everything works fine
