Exclamation Basic Form HTML.... (I'm a designer trying to code, failing miserably!)

    http://www.glotanz.co.uk/affiliates.html

The link above is to the page that I'm trying to code. I made this form and content for a company that I'm working with now.

All I need is to make this functional, however at the moment this opens the email client. I need it to input all this into an email to send to my email (as shown in the code)

How do I stop it auto-opening the client and get it to just put all those into an email?

    Thanks,

    George

Post the values of the input fields and get them into the mail function of php:

maybe not a answer in code, but it should get you on the way...

    are you familiar with php?

Unfortunately not, I am a designer by trade but learning HTML before I go further with CSS or PHP. Is my request possible through solely HTML?
