What is wrong with this html for embedding a video?

I'm trying to make a simple menu frame (at the above url). It has a quicktime movie constantly playing at the top of it and the W3C markup validation service keeps telling me that there are errors. I would like to certify the page, but have no idea how to write the commands in a way that will please W3C.
