Custom wordpress template

[Supplement]

The design is done but when I upload it to the server it doesn't show the preview when i got to activate it... and when i do activate it i don't have any of the panel functions... ie. it doesn't show my menu items in the pages section.

I can't add new customization content...


What do i have to change in the wp-admin files?? or is there alot i'm missing at this point?

It still has the Author description Maxx and as i mentioned above it doesn't let me pull any of the backend data.
