Hiya, I would like to make an HTML form so when you click on submit button the form changes but the url will stay the same. E.G:

URL:
http://chatzones.weebly.com/forgot-password.html

<form><label>Email</label><br /><input type="text" name="Email"><input type="submit" value="Retrieve Password" name="SubmtBtn"></form>

What code do I add?

Will call itself, so the URL will stay the same. You can then assign the input to variable(s), and configure the form accordingly. E.g.

<?php
$Email = $_GET[Email];
...
?>

You should add some error checking etc. but that is the basics.

HTML has no way of processing the form input. You need to use PHP, JavaScript or another language.

No, sorry. You also need to check whether your site host supports PHP (if you choose that option). Pretty well all paid ones do, but some free hosts do not.

Okay, I have been trying all sorts of website builders but they don't have PHP coding.

PHP coding is not a property of a web editor as far as all the editors I have used. You must do the coding for yourself unless you are pasting in a pre-made script for use. Visual Editors are harder to use in this aspect as there are extra steps you must use to get any code added to the page.
