Hey, basically i wanna start a new project, but I'm not the best at coding, i can do html, css & basic php but not enough to get my project off the ground, so I'm looking for a bit by bit coder, basically someone who i can pay for doing parts of the site, like 1 day i could pay for the login system, 2 days later a messaging system ect ect.
The reason i am doing it this way is because i never know how much money I'm gonna have in a set week, as the job I'm in doesn't always guarantee what hours i do, and when i do get some hours there a bit hard to work with.
I am looking for someone with good experience, someone who knows a lot about multiple coding platforms and has a good track record, with checkable past employers.
The type of site i'm doing is a betting site, so i'll need someone who can do blackjack scripts and other such things ( please note the site will all be text based, so it won't be any fancy java blackjack ect, just a normal easy text based one ).

Hmmm, a betting site? Assuming you have all the legal requirements such as a gaming license and the ability to have all your code thoroughly security audited by professionals? Might not be a good idea to request this kind of work on webdeveloper.com, perhaps you should look into purchasing gambling software and doing this properly. I wouldn't waste money paying someone to write gambling software for you only to find out it isn't up to scratch when it comes to security, because you'll either have to pay more money in the end getting someone who knows what they're doing to rewrite it, or you could go live with faulty/buggy/unsafe software that gets you into trouble with the law.
