How do I get sub menus to show above the footer nav bar?

I have created a main nav bar and copied the code for the footer menu. I then reformatted it.

The sub menus don't show at all in the footer.

How do I get them to display above the nav bar?

Resolved.

The simple answer was to go for a coffee and have a light bulb moment!

I put the sub menu's in line.
