Placing text and graphic on top of video using CSS

I want to change my website to have a video running full screen in the background, and have some graphic and text (website navigation) on top of the video. Is this possible to do with CSS, and if so how?

Also, is their a way to loop the video?

    1) You can do it with CSS by having two layers with absolute positioning: one for the video with a lower z-index and, the second for your graphic and text
    1) As for a way to look the video, it depends on what video player your are using. It should have a configuration option to loop the video.

Thanks for your help. I don't know why I didn't think of using z-index. I use this all the time, but didn't think of using it on a video.
