Canadian Web Designer with Potential Client in the USA?

Hi Folks,

First of all, I hope this is the correct forum section for my query?

I am a web designer in Western Canada and may have my first potential client in the USA! .... does anyone know of any limitations or restrictions I may encounter by working with a client outside of Canada? ... or does it not matter whether website clients are international or not?

Even a link to a resource for this issue would be welcomed.

As long as the site isn't owned by a government entity, agency, or contractor, I can't think of any legal restriction that might apply.

Make sure that you check out any 508 (accesibility) laws that might apply.

hey there , I dont tink that you will face any problem through out the project besides the discussion with your client ,to know their requirments and needs and also for giving the work updations,,if you are manage to able that then I dont think theres any problem with it..........all the very best........
