How can I replicate Apple's cross-hatch background

I would like to create a background using a repeating background pattern on my website. I would like to replicate the same look of the Apple background below.

I could recreate this in photoshop but I can't find a tutorial to help me recreate this as a pattern.
Any help, or links would be much appreciated.
