Conflicting Javascript Issue

I posted this in another thread but thought it would be better suited in its own thread.

If you go to this url: http://www.sightseeingtourslondon.com/test.html you will see that the date is not populating properly in the drop down boxes. This only happens when I include the code below, so I assume there is a conflict occuring:

Anyone know of why this is happening and if there is a simple fix to resolve? Thanks!

The problem only appears in IE.... anyone? Please...

Which version of IE does it appear in? If its a very old model (ie ver 4 etc) then just forget it because hardly anyone uses them anyway
