Ok, first of all, I know this code is probably horrible, at least I tried. Anyways, here's my predicament... I want the page to check for a cookie, if one doesn't exist, it will ask the user to create one, once that's done I want the page to refresh with the normal look. This cookie is going to have to be used for a different part of the code, but I think I have that down so far.
