Why Does Google Chrome Portable Not Use The CSS on my Website

Every one at my school runs this portable version of Google chrome but my site won't function properly in the portable version but other websites do.

I heard of javascipt code that make old browser's work with css and I was wonder if that would help & if it my websites that the problem or the google chrome Portable?
