    HTML Conditional comments

    I would like to ask your help about something. I tried to run this HTML code on Internet Explorer 11 but it won't work:

    <!DOCTYPE html>

    <!--[if IE 5]>This is IE 5<br><![endif]-->
    <!--[if IE 6]>This is IE 6<br><![endif]-->
    <!--[if IE 7]>This is IE 7<br><![endif]-->
    <!--[if IE 8]>This is IE 8<br><![endif]-->
    <!--[if IE 9]>This is IE 9<br><![endif]-->
    <!--[if IE 10]>This is IE 10<br><![endif]-->
    <!--[if IE 11]>This is IE 11<br><![endif]-->

    Does anyone know how I can make it work?

    MS stopped supporting this syntax with IE9. So you won't be able to do it for 10 or 11. What are you actually trying to accomplish with these in 10 and/or 11?
