how to show image using JavaScript

Hi, i have image folder and inside the image folder , i have several images(image01.jpg, image02.jpg and so on ) now i would like to show those image using JavaScript may be also including PHP (if its necessary, as i don't have any idea )

could anybody tell me please , how to do that ?

Sorry, i have forgot to mention that, i would like to display image from a URL for example (www.hgjrh/jpg), could anybody tell me please ,how to display an image from a URL using PHP or JavaScript

If I understand your query, you seem to be talking about HTML image tag <img src="pathToFile.jpg">, which would be included on a Web page.
