need web dev to finish site

So I just joined this forum, I am pretty desperate for a professional developer to help finish my site, I've had my programmer and some other working on it since the beginning of August and I'm just trying to get it finished.. Anyway.

The site is a PPD (pay per download) site which works by paying members for leads generated through offer completions. The offers come from a CPA network.

I need someone who can setup postback and possibly redesign the content locker.
