Need web developer to develop a website

I am looking to employ a company or freelance developer that can help in making my project come true.

    I need a website which.

1, Allows users to open profiles - typical to a social media website
2, 3 levels of users, uploaders (allowing the upload of files only) downloaders (users who can only download files) Uploaders and downloaders who of course can do both.
3, There will not be any messaging available amongst users all communication will only be to myself.
4, The site will hold all files.
5, And the number of times the particular files are downloaded needs to be kept by who it was downloaded etc etc.

These are just a few of the requirements, if you feel you are up for the job please contact me, i want the best person for the job not the best price.
So please ensure you have some examples and previous work to show your skills.

    Hi Ed,

I've developed something similar recently, fileuploadshare.com, sounds like the sort of website you're looking for but you of course want the added user privileges and member hierarchy.

It's definitely something I can help you with, I'm a PHP/MySQL/HTML/CSS/Jquery developer with over 6 years commercial experience, I'm taking on all kinds of work at the minute and would love to discuss the project further.

You can contact me via Skype: evralive
or via email: contact at simonhancox.com

I'll look forward to hear from you soon,

    Kind Regards
