Javascript : newly opened window can not access it's properties. Accesss Denied error

Hi,

I wrote the below code in javascript function. This function will be invoked on click of button. New window is getting opened with the desired content. On the line of print, javascript is throwing an error : "Access is denied." Anything wrong here. Please correct. Appreciate your help.aheem


winNew = window.open("http://localhost:8585/ddd/getPDF");
winNew.focus();
winNew.print();
