I need a help from you all..I would like add a form to my blog
my blog is www.emcsaninfo.com. I have to create a form with some column can be filled by user.Those user data then need to replace some variable in common command

for example

a normal command will looks like this : symmask -sid 1234 -wwn xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx -dir 3a -p 0 add devs ABC

in above commands 1234, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,3a and 0 are user entered values..so once user select values,it has to add to the command automatically and display it on the same page
