Linking two files together

I have a question. I want to link Pane 3 to the hyperlinks in the left. So if someone for example presses on "Contact information" on the left, the screen appears on Pane 3. I dont want the Frame on the left to go to "Contact Information". This is divided into 4 frames on 4 different files. Any help will be appreciated.

Try:

If pane3 is an iFrame this should work. I haven't tested this, so you may need to amend it. See here...

By the way, it's generally not a good idea to build a web page like this because it does not score well with rating bots. At least, that is my understanding.
