That site uses JavaScript (including jQuery) to provide the functions you see. It's pretty simple to modify form values in JavaScript, but you have to know how to use it. And every website and form is different and requires some customizing of the scripts involved. You might find some JavaScript tutorials that include form modification scripts that you could customize for your site, but I'd suggest that you consider visiting one of the freelancer websites and see if you can hire it done for a small price. You'll have to have your form laid out so that people will know what you need before you can do that, though.
