What is in your opinion the best way to achieve better standings with search engines (in the following topics):
How many keywords?
Keyword type..., small caps, caps? Comma spacing, "ABC, ABC" or "ABC,ABC"?
Word density?
Page title?
File name?
Site description?
ALT tags?
Search Engine Optimization is highly specialized process of building a successful website. We say successful because if a commercial website cannot be found in the major search engines, it is not successful, it just isn't doing it's job.
