How do i call out specific styling on the td??? i forget.. sorry for such a noob question..

Shouldn't it be something like: .rxtrk td { padding: 20px 40px 20px 20px; }

WHY ? ? ? Why are you using a <table>? (Hopefully not for layout.)
Why are enclosing the <table> in a <div>? Why don't you directly set up the CSS for the table?

You can specify "contextual" or specific for an element as you show .rxtrk td { padding: 20px 40px 20px 20px; }
