Help with a layout issue

and when I ask a friend to view it one of the bars gets messed up, Its probably a noob error could someone tell me how to fix it? Heres a pic http://i.imgur.com/p5n3ib7.png

I used an online layout program that helps automatically adjust to any resolution. I can't remember off the top of my head what it was called but as soon as I can get back to my computer I will look it up and get back to you. I think it will help.
