2 tone background color

hi iam looking for a code to do a two color background 30% top

70% bottom with a border color as well in between

This link has a great tutorial on doing background gradients with CSS3

If you need to support browsers that don't support CSS3 you could have a fall back option of using a 1px wide image that contains the gradient you need as well.
