I'm going to double post this question! Hope that doesn’t break any of the rules!

First of all, I'd like a critique of the site itself, which is why I'm posting it here.

Secondly, I just did a revision of a lot of the pages on this site and I noticed that my browser had cached some of the older pages which required me to refresh the pages as I came to them so I could see the new changes. Is there a way to force a browser to reload a new page? This may have occurred on page that I had changed only a few minutes before and changed again! Does the browser cache only work off of the date of the file, not the date and time?

Well, it is looking good, simple and user friendly to me, the design is really excellent.
