Anyone know who makes this online quiz app?

Hello all, I've seen this online quiz app in a few places (which tells me it's not custom) and I'm wondering if anyone could shed some light on where it comes from? Possibly a wordpress plugin?

Those are two different questionnaires, although they look quite similar.

If you compare the markup you'll see that they're quite different; In fact, even just watching the Network tab of Chrome's Developer tools will show you that the Chakra Healing site doesn't use XHR/Ajax after each question, where The Gabriel Method does; it posts to form1.php, form2.php etc.


Additionally, if you view the source of

You'll see a html comment:
<!-- We will output the results from process.php here -->

which if you google for it; you'll find that it's a comment from a jquery tutorial on XHR. So that was very likely a custom build for that site.

Thanks a lot for the reply. I made some assumptions based upon the "look" of the quizzes. I think it was also having to do with some wishful thinking that it would just be a wordpress plugin or something simple.

Rats! i know, it would have been nice to find a nice little wp plugin you could use
