    Help with an Easy Correction

    Ok, I have a massive headache and I'm completely failing at life (bad headache, and i'm pissed off because I've done this before).. what I want to do is get a drop down span from the developer tab.. as here:

    CSS:

    ul.nv_menu{
    margin:0;
    padding:0;
    list-style: none;
    font-family:"Myriad Pro", "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif;
    font-size:14px;
    width:760px;
    }

    ul.nv_menu a{
    text-decoration:none;
    outline:none;
    }

    ul.nv_menu li{
    margin-left:60px;
    margin-top:10px;
    float:left;
    width:170px;
    height:85px;
    position:relative;
    cursorointer;
    }

    ul.nv_menu li > a{
    position:absolute;
    top:0px;
    left:0px;
    width:170px;
    height:85px;
    z-index:12;
    background:transparent url(http://i49.tinypic.com/2872fpl.jpg) no-repeat bottom right;
    -moz-box-shadow:0px 0px 10px #000;
    -webkit-box-shadow:0px 0px 10px #000;
    box-shadow:0px 0px 10px #000;
    }

    ul.nv_menu li span.nv_wrap{
    position:absolute;
    top:25px;
    left:0px;
    width:170px;
    height:60px;
    }

    ul.nv_menu li span.nv_active{
    position:absolute;
    background:#111;
    top:85px;
    width:170px;
    height:0px;
    left:0px;
    -moz-box-shadow:0px 0px 4px #000 inset;
    -webkit-box-shadow:0px 0px 4px #000 inset;
    box-shadow:0px 0px 4px #000 inset;
    }

    ul.nv_menu li span span.nv_link,
    ul.nv_menu li span span.nv_descr,
    ul.nv_menu li div.nv_box a{
    margin-left:15px;
    text-transform:uppercase;
    text-shadow:1px 1px 1px #000;
    }

    ul.nv_menu li span span.nv_link{
    color:#cc9;
    font-size:24px;
    float:left;
    clear:both;
    }

    ul.nv_menu li span span.nv_descr{
    color:#cc9;
    float:left;
    clear:both;
    width:155px;
    font-size:17px;
    letter-spacing:3px;
    }

    ul.nv_menu li div.nv_box{
    display:block;
    position:absolute;
    width:170px;
    overflow:hidden;
    height:115px;
    top:85px;
    left:0px;
    z-index:0;
    background:transparent url(http://i49.tinypic.com/2872fpl.jpg) no-repeat bottom right;
    }

    ul.nv_menu li div.nv_box a{
    float:left;
    clear:both;
    line-height:30px;
    color:#c90;
    font-size:20
    }

    ul.nv_menu li div.nv_box a:first-child{
    margin-top:15px;
    }
    ul.nv_menu li div.nv_box a:hover{
    color:#cc9;
    }

    HTML:

    <ul id="nv_menu" class="nv_menu">

    <li>
    <a href="#">
    <span class="nv_active"></span>
    <span class="nv_wrap">
    <span class="nv_link">Home</span>
    <span class="nv_descr">----</span>
    </span>
    </a>
    </li>

    <li>
    <a href="#">
    <span class="nv_active"></span>
    <span class="nv_wrap">
    <span class="nv_link">Develop</span>
    <span class="nv_descr">----</span>
    </span>
    </a>
    <div class="nv_box">
    <a href="#">Websites</a>
    <a href="#">Software</a>
    <a href="#">Pricing</a>
    </div>
    </li>

    <li>
    <a href="#">
    <span class="nv_active"></span>
    <span class="nv_wrap">
    <span class="nv_link">Contact Us</span>
    <span class="nv_descr">----</span>
    </span>
    </a>
    </li>
    </ul>
    </div>

    The explanation of what you want to achieve is incoherent, which is probably why you have had no replies. That, and the excess of code you included. Also, if you have done whatever it is you are trying to do before, why are you asking us to tell you how to do it (whatever it happens to be)?
